Marlin (Or Shark) Espanole

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Marlin steaks; or shark
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 md Onion; chopped
  • 1 lg Green pepper; coarse chop
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1 tb Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 ts Salt; (to taste)
  • 1/2 ts Pepper


Place fish in glass baking dish Heat oil in skillet; add onion and green
pepper: saute 2-3 minutes Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over
steaks Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork
