Marmalade Cakes

 Ingredients List

  • 125 g Butter
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Marmalade
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 c Sultanas
  • 1 Dsp vanilla extract


Cream butter, sugar egg and marmalade, then add flour and baking powder and
sultanas. Put tsp full on greased tray. Bake 200 deg C. (for about 8-10
mins) until brown.
