Mayonnaise Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 ts Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 ts Fresh parsley,finely chopped
  • 1 cl Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 ts Ginger root finely grated
  • 1 tb Lemon juice


Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until ready for use.

Mayonnaise is a wonderful vehicle for the taste of fresh herbs. Chive,
parsley, basil, dill, fennel, and tarrragon all work well. and a more
intense flavor can be created by adding a clove of fresh garlic or a few
drops of hot chili oil.
