Meatballs To Serve with Spaghetti Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 lb Ground beef
  • 1/4 lb Ground pork
  • 1 c Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Sprig parsley chopped or
  • 1 Tbls parsley flakes
  • 1 cl Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 2 Well-beaten eggs
  • Salt and pepper


Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings;
mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and
cook over low heat 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
