  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 c Bread flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 tb Dry milk (I use buttermilk)
  • 1 tb Butter ( slivered)
  • 1 pk Yeast

Breadmaker book Here is a MEDIUM white bread: Place all ingredients in
bucket and press 'start'. Process 4 hours and 10 minutes. Remove from
bucket. Brush with butter for softer crust. Cool. Store....or EAT!
