  • 1 Ripe; not over ripe,
  • -honeydew or canteloupe
  • -melon
  • 1 pt Vanilla ice cream (or any
  • -other flavor)
  • 1 pk (10-oz) frozen strawberries;
  • -thawed

 Directions

Cut the melon into quarters, remove seeds. Spoon ice cream into each melon
quarter; spoon berries over ice cream. You may reverse the ingredients.
Serve at once. Serves 4.
