Melon Raita

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Thick, natural yoghurt
  • Same volume watermelon;
  • -chopped, peeled
  • 1 pn Cumin; ground
  • 1 pn Paprika
  • 1 ts Coriander leaves; chopped

 Directions

Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the diced watermelon, the spices and
the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.
Serve chilled.
