Ingredients List
- 2 c Thick, natural yoghurt
- Same volume watermelon;
- -chopped, peeled
- 1 pn Cumin; ground
- 1 pn Paprika
- 1 ts Coriander leaves; chopped
Directions
Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the diced watermelon, the spices and
the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.
Serve chilled.
