Melon Trio with Cilantro
Ingredients List
- 1 1/3 c Honeydew melon balls
- 1 1/3 c Cantaloupe balls
- 1 1/3 c Casaba melon balls
- 1/4 c Fresh lime juice
- 3 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tb Honey
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine lime juice, cilantro,
and honey in a small bowl; add to fruit mixture, tossing gently.
Cover mixture, and chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4
servings (serving size: 1 cup).
