Melon Wedges with Honey-Lime Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 2 tb Lime juice
  • 4 lg Honeydew melon; wedges
  • 1 c Blueberries
  • 4 sl Lime; halved

 Directions

In small bowl, blend honey with lime juice. To serve, fill melon wedges
with berries and drizzle with honey. Garnish with lime slices.
NOTES : Good with crenshaw melon.
