Toast flour tortillas, put 2-3tbls of cooked chop meat (brown it w/what
ever spice is around) cover with chunky salsa (the best is the fresh
Refrig. kind)

cover with shredded jack/cheddar/??? cheese nuke until cheese is bubbly
fold in half. garnish w/ sour cream

yummy! You don't have to nuke them, you can toast them like grilled cheese
sandwiches. but nuking is quicker.
