Mexican Mac And Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
  • 1 1/2 c White Sauce
  • 1/2 c Salsa
  • 4 c Elbow Macaroni; Cooked


1. Add cheese to white sauce and stir over low heat until cheese melts,
then stir in salsa.

2. Add elbow macaroni and stir to coat with sauce. Cook over medium heat 1
to 2 minutes or until hot.
