  • 1 cn Mexe-beans
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Egg replacer
  • 1 c Cornmeal
  • 1 ts Chile powder
  • 1 ts Cumin

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350F Mix everything, pour in a Pam'ed iron skillet, bake 10
minutes.
