Mexican Taco Lasagna.

Ingredients List
- ½ pound ground turkey or ground beef
- ½ can refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning (I use French's)

- 2 tablespoon dried onions
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1½ cups mexican blend cheese
- 1 - 2 cup salsa (approximately - your favorite kind!)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Brown ground turkey.
3. Add beans and taco seasoning and â…” cup water.
4. Cook until taco seasoning is absorbed.
5. Add onions, chili powder, and garlic.
6. Set to low heat, stirring occasionally.
7. Lightly fry tortillas
8. Add thin layer of salsa to 8x8 dish (about ½ cup of salsa).
9. Layer four tortillas, then a layer of salsa, a layer of the meat mixture, and then cheese. Repeat once more.
10. Cover with ton foil and bake for 20 minutes.
11. Remove tin foil and cook 10 minutes more. Broil for 2 minutes if cheese isn't crisp enough.
