Midnight Snack Mix

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Mini cinnamon bun cereal
  • 3 c Cinnamon bear graham cracker
  • 2 c Chow mein noodles
  • 1 1/2 c Raisins
  • 1 c Pecan halves
  • 1/2 c Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 1 ts Grated orange peel


Heat oven to 350~. In large bowl, combine cereal, graham crackers, chow
mein noodles, raisins and pecan halves. Melt margarine in small saucepan;
stir in honey and orange peel. Pour over cereal mix; toss to coat well.
Spread evenly in ungreased jelly-roll pan. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until
mixture is glazed, stirring once during baking. Spread on foil to cool
completely. Store in tightly covered container.
