Millie's Basic Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients List
- 1 lg Egg; plus:
- Water to equal one cup
- 2 tb Butter; room temp
- 1/4 c Molasses
- 2 tb Honey
- 1/2 c Cornmeal; yellow
- 2 c Flour; whole-grain wheat
- 1 c Flour; white
- 1 1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 1/2 ts Yeast
Directions
The recipe calls for extra large egg, placed in a 1 cup measure, plus
enough warm water to measure 1 cup liquid total.
Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread
and press start.
Check the dough after the first 10 minutes of kneading - adding tablespoon
increments of the white flour if the dough appears very moist.
A very flavorful dense compact loaf. Excellent!
