Mini Caramel Apples Recipe

Ingredients List
- 4 large apples, peeled, scooped and served at room temperature; I prefer a hard, crisp, green apples.
- 1 package of Kraft Premium Caramel bits
- Cake pop sticks
- A melon baller
Directions
With the melon baller just scoop out ball sections of the apple.
When they were all scooped, place them on a cookie sheet with wax paper and stuck cake pop/sucker sticks in them.
Melt the caramel (We followed the directions on the package of Kraft caramels). Let the caramel cool BEFORE you dip the apples. It has to thicken a little and not be so hot.
Dip the apple balls in the caramel. Placed them on a greased sheet of wax paper.
