Miniature Meat Balls and Sauce Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • 4 sl Day-Old Bread; or more as
  • -required
  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese; grated
  • -
  • 1/2 c Romano Cheese; grated
  • 2 tb Fresh Parsley; chopped
  • 1/2 ts Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 ts Oregano; crushed
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 1 Recipe Homemade Spaghetti
  • -Sauce (Included),
  • 1 Jar (16 Oz) Store-Bought
  • -Spaghetti Sauce
  • Olive Oil

 Directions

Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeee out moisture. Combine
bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Form
into about 40 small balls. Brown slowly at medium heat in olive oil or
margarine. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 30 minutes over low heat.
