Mint Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients List
- 2 1/3 c All-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c Sugar
- 1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 ts Baking powder
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Dairy sour cream
- 1/3 c Butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1 c Mint flavored semi-sweet
- -chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 (31/2-inch_ large muffin cups.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large
bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until
blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean.
