Minted Tomato Saute

 Ingredients List

  • 24 Cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 tb Olive oil;
  • 1 tb Dried leat mint OR;
  • 3 tb Chopped fresh Mint;


Trim stems from tomatoes and rince. In a large, non-stick skillet,
heat oil. Cook tomatoes 3 minutes, stirring. Add mint and stir to
