Minty Fudge Cookies.

Ingredients List
- 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 oz package Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate and Mint Morsels
- 1 1/2 cups Mint M&Ms
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together.
3. In the bowl of a mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy, about a minute. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and beat until fully combined. Fold in chips and M&Ms. Drop by the spoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until edges are set.
5. Remove from oven and let cool for several minutes before placing cookies on cooling rack.
