Mixed Vegetable Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Low Fat Yogurt
  • 2 tb Miracle Whip
  • 2 tb Grated Onion
  • 1 tb Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 ts Dried Basil, Crumbled
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1/4 ts Tabasco Sauce
  • 4 c Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 c Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Red Or Yellow Bell Pepper *
  • 1/3 c Thinly Sliced Radishes

 Directions

* Red or yellow bell pepper should be seeded and julienned.

Mix yogurt, Miracle Whip, onion, mustard, basil, salt, lemon peel and
Tabasco sauce in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and
radishes; toss to coat. Refrigerate covered to allow flavors to blend, at
