Mocha Chunk Cookies

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/2 c Flour
  • 1/3 c Cocoa
  • 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 ts Instant coffee granules
  • 2 ts Kahlua
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 3/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 c Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 oz Semisweet chocolate; cut in
  • -chunks

 Directions

Preheat oven to 300ø Blend sugars and butter. Add eggs and coffee that has
been dissolved in Kahl=FAa. Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chocolate. Drop
by spoonfuls on baking dish, bake for 23 minutes.
