Mocha-Menthe Mousse

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 tb Instant coffee granules
  • 1 tb Crème de menthe
  • 1/8 ts Mint extract
  • 1 pk (3.4-ounce) choc. fudge
  • -instant pud. & pie filling
  • -mix
  • 1 1/2 c Frozen whipped topping;
  • -thawed

 Directions

GARNISHES
Fresh mint sprigs
Cocoa

Process first 4 ingredients in a blender 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour
into a bowl; gently fold in 1-1/4 cups whipped topping. Spoon into 4
individual dessert dishes; chill. Top with remaining 1/4 cup whipped
topping, and garnish, if desired. Makes 4 servings.

To reduce fat and calories, substitute skim milk, 1 (1.4-ounce) package
sugar-free chocolate pudding and pie filling mix, and reduced-calorie
frozen whipped topping.

easy.
