Moist Strawberry Swirl Bread

Ingredients List
- 1½ cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon yogurt 6 oz.
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- glaze: (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon milk
Directions
preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease loaf pan
in large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, egg, yogurt, oil and milk
stir until moistened
fold in strawberries
pour into greased loaf pan
spoon strawberry jam on top and swirl with a knife
bake at 325 for 45-55 min.
let cool, remove from pan
mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over top
