Moist Yogurt Cake

  • 100g natural yoghurt .
  • 24g unsalted butter
  • 20g cake flour
  • 12 g cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks ( # 0 ) .
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites ( number 0 ) .
  • 60 grams of sugar


Prepress 6x6x2 inch square or round cake 1 pound butter the bottom of printed sheets of paper and butter the paper over . Side without white butter .
