Mom's 23 Hour Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 x Well beaten eggs
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Whipping cream
  • 1 lb Marshmallows
  • 1 lb Green grapes
  • 1 cn Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cn Crushed pineapple,
  • Drained


Cook dressing ingredients in double boiler until thick. Cool. Mix with
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped.

*use mini marshmallows, otherwise cut into quarters with scissors. Chill
for at least 12 hours, preferrably overnight
