  • 1/4 c Red bell pepper; diced
  • 1/4 c Green pepper; diced
  • 1/4 c Celery; diced
  • 1/4 c Onion; diced
  • 1/4 c Carrots; diced
  • 1 tb Garlic; crushed
  • 1/4 c Mushroom buttons; sliced
  • 1/2 c Corn
  • 1 c Canned tomatoes; diced
  • 1/4 c Sliced black olives
  • 1/2 ts Chili powder
  • 1/8 ts Cayenne
  • 1/4 ts Thyme
  • 1/4 ts Oregano
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 ts Cumin
  • 1/8 c Jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 c Tomato paste
  • 2 c Chicken stock or broth
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c Canned great northern beans
  • 1/2 c Canned pinto beans
  • 1/2 c Canned black beans
  • 1/2 c Canned kidney beans
  • 8 oz Angel hair or thin spaghetti
