Mom's Roast

 Ingredients List

  • Eye of round, symmetrical
  • Sherry, dry
  • Gunk (see recipe)


Make sure meat is not thinner at one end than the other. (Can substitute
chuck or rump roast.) Cover FROZEN roast with sherry and gunk; put a
little water and sherry in the bottom of the pan.

Cook in 350 degree oven; don't turn while cooking.
