Ingredients List
- 3 c Water
- 1 lb Fresh monkfish fillets
- 1/2 c Melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Freshly chopped parsley
Directions
In frypan bring water to boil; add monkfish. Cover & simmer 6-8
minutes. Carefully remove fish from water. In small bowl blend
butter, lemon juice & parsley. Serve immediately with Lemon Butter.
