Morterey Chile Puffs

  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1 c Water
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 4 Eggs

 Directions

FILLING
8 oz Heluva Good Monterey Jack
-Cheese;, with Jalapeno
2 tb Green chilies; chopped
4 oz Cream cheese; softened

In saucepan, melt butter in water. Bring to a full boil. Add the flour and
salt all at once. Reduce the heat and continue cooking for about 3
minutes, stirring constantly. Place mixture in food processor with steel
blade. With the motor running add eggs, one at a time. Blend until the
dough is satiny in appearance. Drop batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375øF for 15 minutes.
