Mountain High Herb Baked Eggs

  • 1/4 lb Ham, flaked
  • 8 lg Eggs, fresh
  • 2 ts Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 2 ts Fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 ts Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 c Shredded sharp Cheddar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 4 1-cup ramekins. Divide flaked ham
between ramekins. Whisk together eggs, mustard and sour cream. Stir in
