 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn Chili tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 cn Red kidney beans, undrained
  • -(15 1/2 oz)
  • 2 tb Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Cumin
  • Grated cheese (opt)
  • Chopped onion (opt)


In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for
5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
