 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Rolled oats
  • 1 lb Barley flakes
  • 4 oz Mixed nuts, chopped
  • 4 oz Mied dried fruit, chopped


Put the oats into a bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients until
evenly mixed. Store in an airtight container.

Serve with soymilk & sweeten with maple syrup or brown sugar if
desired. Also serve garnished with sl;ices of fresh fruit in season.
