Mulled Wine
Ingredients List
- 1 Dz whole cloves
- 4 Cinnamon stick
- 3 c Water
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Lemon, sliced thin
- 3 Bottles red Bordeaux,
- -Burgundy or dry red wine,
- -750 ml each
Directions

Tie spices in cheesecloth. Place in large non-aluminum kettle with water
and sugar. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lemons,
bruising slightly, and let stand off heat 10 miniut es. Add wine and slowly
