Mushroom-Fresh Dill Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 6 tb -(up to)
  • 8 tb Safflower oil
  • 4 tb -(up to)
  • 4 1/2 tb Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 ts Dried mustard
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 c Cream
  • 1/2 c Chopped green onions
  • Chopped fresh dill
  • 1 lb Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

 Directions

Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend
well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice
to taste.
