Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops

 Ingredients List

  • 1. 1/2 cup milk
  • 2. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3. 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms (reserve liquid)
  • 4. 4 pork chops (~8 oz. each)
  • 5. 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 6. 2 teaspoons garlic powder


1.Add oil to pan & heat.
2.Fry porkchops about 5-7 minutes per side.
3.Combine milk, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms with liquid & garlic powder.
4.Remove porkchops from pan.
5.Add soup mixture to pan & bring to a boil.
6.Put porkchops back in pan let simmer 5 minutes.
7.Serve immediately.
