Mushroom Salad #1

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
  • 1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Clove (small) garlic;
  • -chopped
  • 2 tb White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c Salad oil
  • 1 tb Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 ts Dry mustard
  • 1/8 ts Pepper

 Directions

Combine mushrooms & parsley & chill until ready to serve. Combine remaining
ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour over mushrooms
just before serving. Guten appetit! Serves 2 or 3.
