Mushrooms Au Gratin

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/3 c Sour cream
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c Finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c Grated Swiss cheese


Saut”š mushrooms in butter until light brown. Simmer 2 minutes. Blend sour
cream, egg yolk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to mushrooms. Heat,
stirring constantly, until blended. Pour into a shallow baking dish and
sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 425ø until cheese is
melted. Yield: 4 servings.
