Mustard Dill Sauce
Ingredients List
- 1 tb Dry mustard
- 2 c Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 oz Sherry vinegar
- 3 oz Vegetable oil
- 3 oz Olive oil
- 1/4 c Fresh dill
Directions
1. Combine both mustards & sugar, whisk well.
2. add vinegar and whisk.
3. Slowly begin to add oil, forming an emulsion.
4. Finish with fresh dill.
NOTES : YIELD: 1 PINT
