Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 lb Lean ham, ground
- 1/2 lb Ground chicken
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1 lg Egg, fork-beaten
- 1/2 ts Seasoned salt
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
- 1 c Brown sugar, packed
- 2 ts All-purpose flour
- 2 ts Dry mustard
- 1/2 c White vinegar
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 ts Prepared mustard
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on
greased baking sheet. Bake in 400øF oven for 15 minutes until firmed a bit
and browned. Turn into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
