My Cincinnati Five Ways Chili

Ingredients List
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tb Onion; minced
- 3 tb Garlic; minced
- 2 c Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tb Cumin;ground
- 1/2 tb Chili powder
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 2 tb Cocoa powder; unsweetened
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tb Oregano;dried
- 1 ts Vinegar; white
- 1 cn Kidney beans; 19 oz;drained
- Cooked spaghetti;or other
- -pasta
- Onions;yellow, minced
- Butter
- Cheddar;grated
Directions
Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce,
cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring
occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions
in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
