My Famous Artichoke and Spinach Dip (Lightened Up)

Ingredients List
- 1 (8- ounce) package of cream cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package of â…“ less fat cream cheese
- 6 ounce container of plain greek yogurt (or ¾ of a cup)
- 1 (10 -ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- ½ cup grated romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- pinch of crushed red pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cream cheese, greek yogurt, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a 8-inch ceramic casserole dish. Cook for 30 minutes.
Stir together until cream cheese, yogurt, and vegetables are all blended.
Stir in romano cheese, granulated garlic, onion powder, and crushed red pepper until blended.
Cook for another 30 - 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot or warm with bread, pita, or pretzels.
