My Favorite Dessert Pie Crust

Ingredients List
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 ds Salt
- 1/4 c Water
- 2/3 c Shortening
- 1/4 c Sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Measure 1/3 cup flour and blend into a paste with 1/4 cup water. Combine
remaining flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the shortening. Turn in the flour
paste and form into a dough. Roll out. Brush some sweetened condensed milk
on edges of bottom crust, before adding top crust. Fill. Add top crust and
seal, brush remaining milk on top of top crust. Cut slits in top. Makes two
9" crusts. For prebaked: bake at 475 for 10 to 12 minutes.
