  • 1 md Red cabbage
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tb Vinegar
  • 2 sm Apples
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Shred cabbage finely. Peel and slice apples. Add all ingredients. Cook
til tender, about 20 minutes.
