Natural All Wheat Bread for the Zojirushi

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Water; 110ø degrees
  • 3 ts Dry yeast
  • 1/3 c Honey
  • 3 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c Wheat gluten
  • 2 ts Salt

 Directions

Place 3 teaspoons fo dry yeast into Home bakery pan. Add 1 1/2 cups of
lukewarm water (110ø degrees). Mix with spatula until dissolved. Add 1/3
cup of honey and blend together with spatula. In a separate bowl, mix 3
cups of wheat flour and 1/4 cup of wheat gluten, also add 2 t. of salt,
then place then ingredients into pan. Select BASIC WHEAT BREAD setting and
press START.
