Navy Bean Mushroom Saute

 Ingredients List

  • 3 oz Mushrooms; sliced
  • 3 oz Onions; sliced
  • 2 tb Safflower oil
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
  • 1/2 ts Fresh parsley; chopped
  • 3 oz Navy beans; cooked
  • 3 oz Amaranth; cooked


Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are
translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and
amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
