Nell's Own Spicy White Bean Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 c Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 c Chopped green onions
  • 1/2 ts Chili powder
  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Crushed coriander
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tb Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 15 oz Cannellini beans or other
  • -white beans, (1 can)
  • -drained

 Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Yield: 2
cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 81mg Sodium

Serving Ideas : Serve with pretzels or fat-free chips.
