New Age Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients List
- 8 Cabbage leaves, lg
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cn Tomato soup
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 cn Tomato and rice soup
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c Crispix Cereal, crushed
- Garlic salt, dash
- 1 pk Lipton Italian Herb with
- -Tomato soup mix
Directions
Cook leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine beef, crushed
Crispix onion, eggs, soup mix and seasonings. Mix very well. Shape meat
mixture into 8 rolls; wrap cabbage leaves around securely. Pour 1 can
condensed tomato soup into skillet. Add cabbage rolls. Cover, bring to
boil. Simmer 35 minutes, spooning sauce over rolls occasionally. Mary
