  • 1 c Rye flour
  • 2 tb Gluten
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 2 tb Buttermilk powder
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 1/2 tb Caraway seeds
  • 1 1/2 c Water

 Directions

Add all ingredients and "start" (white bread mode).
