New Zealand Roast Lamb
Ingredients List
- 5 lb Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled
- & tied)
- 1/4 c Oil
- 2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 2 c HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast 1 1/2 hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5
minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce
with roast.
