New Zealand Roast Lamb

 Ingredients List

  • 5 lb Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled
  • & tied)
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 2 c HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

 Directions

Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast 1 1/2 hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5
minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce
with roast.
